It Appears the Game Crashes Every Time I Open The App.

There seems to be a sort of glitch or bug that I see other people are having problems with? I too have been experiencing this issue, and I am sure everyone -myself included- would love for this to be fixed. I began playing this a couple years ago I believe, and when I found out that there were new chapters about a month ago I was elated to say the least. Paying for each new chapter isnt really a problem -they are hardly more than a cup of coffee, so can you please fix this issue so we can all buy and play the newest update?
